Find a Model Terms and Conditions

The term 'content' in this policy refers to any information, photographs, images, sounds, or any other material that can be uploaded to the site now or at a future date.

Usage

Find a Model is a service to be used by genuine models, photographers, make-up artists and locations to find each other with a view to formal offers of work (whether paid or unpaid). This web site is not to be used for dating or any other purpose, and any account found to be breaching this rule will have their account deactivated immediately.

Unlawful and Inappropriate Content

You may not upload any content that:

• violates or may violate any laws, rules or regulations
• promotes, condones or encourages, (or is capable of promoting, condoning or encouraging) any illegal activity, racial tension or terrorism
• is part of or promoting any predatory conduct including stalking or harassment
• infringes, or might be considered to infringe, anyone’s copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property
• is obscene, indecent, pornographic, sexually explicit, profane, vulgar, violent or offensive (in any language)
• depicts or describes violence in a gratuitous or graphic manner
• is abusive, intimidating, discriminatory, threatening, mean spirited or intended to harass or cause (or be capable of causing) trouble or offence to anyone
• is defamatory, false, fraudulent, unreliable or misleading about any person, business or entity
• is racially, ethnically, religiously or sexually discriminatory or offensive, hate related, malicious, derogatory or otherwise objectionable

Conduct

Your behaviour must at all times be polite. You may not:

• impersonate any person or entity
• misrepresent yourself or any details about yourself
• use the Find a Model network or information gathered from it for the sending of unsolicited bulk email or any other unsolicited communications, chain letters, pyramid schemes or similar solicitations
• solicit passwords or information from other Members for commercial or unlawful purposes
• attempt to circumvent any security or other filters we operate in connection with the Site
• post anything that contains viruses, harmful software, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is technologically harmful
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Find a Model network, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, database or computer connected to the Site
• obscure or interfere with any of the material or content on the Find a Model network at any time

Your Profile

All accounts must adhere to the guidelines below. The system is regularly monitored and anyone found in breach of these guidelines will be warned or may have their account deactivated:

• Profiles must contain a valid email address at all times. This can be concealed from search results through your "my settings" page but must remain valid. Accounts found not to have a valid email address will be deactivated IMMEDIATELY.
• Profile pictures must be representative of the member or of their work
• Offensive, provocative, or illegal content is not allowed anywhere on this site
• Photographs (except profile picture) may contain mild nudity, but pornography or 'adult' material is not allowed
• Photographs of models under 18 years of age must be fully-clothed head-and-shoulders shots only
• Profiles must include sufficient information to allow people searching the database to make an informed opinion about a user. Fields may not be left blank or contain one word comments unless so indicated

Administrative Approval

All new registrations, and all new jobs posted on the system shall be reviewed by the administrative team before they are allowed to go live.

Premium Membership Subscription

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your premium membership at any time, but your account will revert back to a Standard account at your next billing date.

Reporting

If you see anything on the Find a Model network that appears to breach this Acceptable Use Policy, then please contact us to inform us of it.
